Dynamic call diversion and forwarding features
Your account online portal provides the following call-diversion and call-forwarding options.
(options can be changed individually by account holder on a per-need basis).
- Ring strategy: Ring All / Ring by order / Ring first
- Confirm Call: Forcing the receiving party to push “1” on their phone, before the call is put through.
- Forward to VoIP: Dynamic Forwarding the incoming calls to up to 5 VoIP devices
- Forward to Skype: Dynamic Forwarding the incoming calls to up to 5 Skype users
- Forward to Phone: Dynamic Forwarding the incoming calls to up to 5 phone numbers
- Forward to SIP: Dynamic Forwarding the incoming calls to any network external SIP URI
- Ring time: Maximum ring time before calls is passed to account Voice mailbox
